Your First Visit

Rather than having you fill out forms at home or on a clipboard in our reception area, members of our team will sit with you and ask about your dental, medical, and wellness goals. WE will fill out the forms based on your answers and simply have you sign off before we log them. It’s a more natural and informative way to start your appointment as well as your relationship with us!

Then, you’ll receive a complete examination with only necessary X-rays, and then we’ll use photographs to show you our observations and discuss any recommended treatments. All options will be reviewed with Dr. Allen to create a plan that best fits your unique needs.

As a way of saying THANK YOU for choosing us, a complimentary whitening treatment is included with all new patient cleanings.
